Position Manager

The last two days have seen issues with some clients receiving Position Manager (PM) updates

For rest of week, I will continue to test... Be sure to only use PM updates in practice regimen account

Seems yesterday, we had some receive RSS updates, but SMS was not updated to release

Tonight, some received SMS updates, but RSS DID NOT update trades in pending tab and yet some got updates when trade and there was spike...

I think this will be solved QUICKLY with minor adjustments, but I will test for rest of week to insure all is working properly

The only way to accomplish the task is to do these updates with LIVE feed to all clients this week.

Thanks in advance for your understanding and patience in this matter. We are close friends.

On a brighter note, those not in Sunil's class Wednesday, please review the archive and we have installed updated OUFX price line overlay program

When opening program, you will be ask to upgrade, please do as more changes will be forthcoming as part of our BETA test with four majors.

Thanks again friends... Back to work

Godspeed

For those awake

4040 is holding as resistance for EUR/USD and pair has only moved 95 pips

had a quick move to 4060 before reversing

Quick suggestion

Sell 4040 and STOP LOSS 20 to 25 pips and TP1 4010 and TP2 3970

Buy Break of Buy Break 4070 and clear 4100 – watch bounce as in Daily Report

=============

Retail Sales news driver possible

U.S. Retail Sales, an important gauge of consumer spending, measuring the total receipts at stores that sell durable and nondurable goods, at 8:30 am, ET

could generate breakout of pair from current 95 pip channel of session
High 4060 Low 3965

Those wanting updated game plan for practice regimen account could sell break of 3965 using daily report as guideline for TP1 and TP2

ET - Sell Break 3940 and clear 3915 and then 3875

Good Morning and Enjoy... Let's see what Happens

****GBP/USD should bounce down also as part of move above after reaching current high of session 6491

End of Report

Current Session for Wednesday July 22 @ 9 Am Central / 10 Am Eastern

EUR/USD 67 pips overall

USD/CHF 55 pips overall

USD/JPY 72 pips overall

GBP/USD 150 pips overall

Trade posted in PM - position manager was in GBP/USD

GBP/USD Sell @ 1.6380 with 25 pip stop loss @ 1.6405

TP1 25 pips 1.6355
TP1 70 pips 1.6310

The pair moved to exactly 1.6310 and reversed - You gotta love the strength of numbers

No, We did NOT get TP2 at 70 pips in PM - The pair came back to take us out of trade at 1.6379 for 27 pips profit overall.

Considering the movement of FOUR majors above, we’re blessed friends to get TP1 and nail TP2 to exact pip before reversing

Sidebar Issue: the pair moved to 1.6448 earlier this morning and reversed going right past 1.6380 number again before reversing at -- drum roll please - 1.6354 or 1 pip away from 1.6355 and bounced again

EUR/USD currently at 1.4184

USD/JPY went to 93.09 and BOUNCED to near 93.65 currently - retesting 93.15 folks -

You can’t make this stuff up, although those paying attention are learning the POWER of Probability Factor numbers in Forex.

Wow!

Enjoy the rest of your day and stay the course

4184 - 93.15 as markets continue to give valuable information even on days when pairs are not yielding massive pips, but are yielding pips near critical areas of substance numbers that are worth paying strict attention to consistently.

****New Students and Veterans

Hi Joe,
A quick comment: eventhough the last trade posted on the PM was oficially a non-wining trade I follow your advice on what to do when everything is in place but you get stopped out the first (or more) times. I was on the market when the set up was perfect to re-entry again following the same recommendation and it worked nicely. I was able to take TP1 and TP2, in other words the loss of 75 was erased. Thanks for teaching us not to be emotional and follow the rules.
Great weekend to all at OU FX!
