Hi Joe...I still cant log in to live trainings and now when I attempt to submit a ticket it gives me this message.
Your presenter login failed. In order to submit an Urgent ticket you must enter a valid email\password combination.
Now I have been fine with the first 2 weeks live sessions...so I don't know why this should happen...last week it was no such url exists.
Appreciate this getting sorted shortly as I really enjoy the live sessions.
